一、会议概况国际自控联计算机专业委员会于1982年5月24—26日在苏联塔林举行了第四次分布式计算机控制系统学术讨论会。自1979年以来,已先后在美国、加拿大和北京举行了前三届定期学术会议。本次会议的组织者是国际自控联(IFAC)付主席,塔林工学院院长,爱沙尼亚共和国科学院院士B.Γ.Tamm。13个国家75名专家学者出席了这次会。
I. Overview of the Conference The International Committee of Autonomous Computer Science held the fourth seminar on distributed computer control systems in Tallinn, the Soviet Union on May 24-26, 1982. Since 1979, the first three regular academic conferences have been held in the United States, Canada and Beijing successively. The meeting was organized by B.Γ.Tamm, chairman of IFAC, dean of Tallinn Institute of Technology and academician of the Academy of Sciences of Estonia. Thirty-five experts and scholars from 13 countries attended the conference.
