4月7日～9日,中国农药工业协会第五届四次常务理事会在青岛召开。中国农药工业协会理事长王律先要求各省市区农药工业协会着手对小农药企业进行调查,以备进行清理整顿工作。在这次会议上,对小农药的清理整顿工作、在农药行业实行《农药新产品保护办法》、对高毒农药的调查工作成为重要议题。代表们认为,清理整顿小农药企业是必然趋势,是加强中国农药工业国际竞争力,提高中国农药工业整体水平,促进整个行业健康发展的重要举措。会上还对清理整顿小农药企业的标准和进程进行了讨论。
From April 7 to April 9, the Fourth Standing Council of the Fifth Pesticide Industry Association was held in Qingdao. Wang Lixian, chairman of China Pesticide Industry Association, urged the pesticide industry associations of all provinces and municipalities to start an investigation into small pesticide enterprises in preparation for the clean-up and rectification work. At this meeting, the clean-up and rectification of small pesticides, pesticide industry in the implementation of “new pesticide protection measures,” the investigation of highly toxic pesticides has become an important issue. The deputies said that it is an inevitable trend to clean up small-scale pesticide enterprises and an important measure to strengthen the international competitiveness of China’s pesticide industry, raise the overall level of China’s pesticide industry and promote the healthy development of the entire industry. At the meeting, the standards and process of cleaning up and reorganizing small pesticide enterprises were also discussed.
