1985年7月4日晚某乡办啤酒厂在吊装冷却排管时,不慎滑落砸及液氨管道,致使进氨管断裂,约有100多公斤液氨外溢,造成10人中毒。患者均为男性,年龄19～51岁。其中轻度中毒4例,经一般对症治疗后痊愈;重度中毒6例,1例当场死亡,1例在送医院途中死亡,余4例在中毒后2小时内送入医院抢救。4例均有呼吸困难。粉红色泡沫痰、双肺闻及大量湿性罗音,皮肤灼伤Ⅰ～浅Ⅱ度,面积达10～50％。4例均未做胸部X线及外周血像和血气分析检查。经补液、抗休克、抗感染、气管切开等抢救,1例在入院第2
