对于现在的教学来说最难的就是学生没有学习的兴趣,不能主动地去练习和提高。针对这一现象,如何提高学生的学习兴趣就成了我们在传授学生知识之前的又一个挑战。我在多年的教育教学过程中摸索出了一套比较实用的方法。从师生关系上的转变,教学方法上的创新,多种教学方法结合并用,教学课题的设置上有了自己的教育风格。
The hardest part for today’s teaching is that students have no interest in learning and can not take the initiative to practice and improve. In response to this phenomenon, how to improve students’ interest in learning has become another challenge before we teach students knowledge. In my years of education and teaching process, I worked out a set of more practical methods. From the change in the relationship between teachers and students, teaching methods of innovation, a variety of teaching methods combined with the teaching of the subject set has its own educational style.
