散发性脑炎为临床上常见的一种疾病,一般认为除了季节性明显,可证实为病毒感染的脑炎如流行性乙型脑炎外,凡急性或亚急性起病,表现不同程度的脑部损害,其病因推测系病毒或与病毒感染有关者,都给予“散发性脑炎”的总称。本病的诊断名称不统一,国内文献有非特异性脑炎、非典型性脑炎、拟病毒性脑炎、散发性病毒性脑炎等命名。近些年来,散发性脑炎的研究不论在临床和基础方面均有了一定的进展,有助于我们对散发性脑炎的认识和了解,从而提高防治水平。
