一、前言克山病是一种以心肌坏死为主要症状的非特异性心脏病;大骨节病是一种因软骨代谢障碍而造成的骨关节畸形的病变。这些病魔严重威胁着人们身心健康。河北省克山病和大骨节病区多分布在坝上高原南部低山丘陵区,其中发病率以丰宁县最为严重(见表1)。同时,由北向南,从高原到丘陵山区,发病率有明显上升趋势(见图1)。
I. Introduction Keshan disease is a nonspecific heart disease with myocardial necrosis as the main symptom. Kashin-Beck disease is a kind of pathological change of the bone-and-joint deformity caused by the cartilage metabolic disorder. These diseases seriously threaten people’s physical and mental health. Keshan disease and Kashin-Beck disease area in Hebei Province are mostly distributed in the hilly area in the southern part of the Bashang Plateau, of which the incidence is the most serious in Fengning County (Table 1). Meanwhile, from north to south, from the plateau to the hills and mountains, the incidence has shown a clear upward trend (see Figure 1).
