溴化乙锭是一种能与DNA特异结合并具有杀锥虫作用的染剂,可用溴化乙锭对疟原虫染色并应用荧光测定法定量测定体外恶性疟原虫的生长。试验虫株为恶性疟原虫FCR-3株,按Trager等(1976)和Miyagami等(1985)法,将24孔培养板置于含5% CO_2的湿空气环境中培养,按Lambros等(1979)法使原虫同步。每孔加入0.5ml含1.5%环状体的5%红细胞悬液。将各样本涂制血涂片,用吉氏染剂染色,计算每万个红细胞中疟原虫感染
