本文通过对北京地区蜡蚧轮枝菌11个单孢分离菌株的菌落生长、产孢量、分生孢子萌发率以及对温室白粉虱2龄若虫致病性研究比较,结果表明:上述性状特别是产孢量,在11个菌株中均表现有显著差异,但孢子萌发率都较高,达94.01%~9897%(12h)。在同一菌株中这些性状有的表现出一致性,有的则不同。综合比较几种性状,筛选出B3/S1-SUb2和4号两个优良菌株,它们首先具有致病性高(对2龄粉虱若虫的致死率>95.76%,12d)、其次孢子萌发率高(94.24%和98.42%)、产孢量大(5.06和4.38×109抱子/皿)以及菌落生长速率快(3.13和3.00mm/d)的特性,具有实用价值,可为今后生物制剂的生产提供菌株。
