本工艺吸取了西德奥姆科公司装配铜套的经验,以珩磨代替刮研,适用于稀油润滑和干油润滑的重载铜套装配。此工艺可以省去繁重的钳工刮研工作,改善装配质量,提高装配效率10倍多。对重载铜套的工艺过程: 1.精车外圆(配制),粗车内孔及端面;2.冷装;3.精车内孔,留珩磨量;4.珩磨;5.加工油槽。对一般铜套的工艺过程: 1.精车,内孔留珩磨量,并铣出油槽;2.冷装;3.珩磨,对冷装后不便珩磨的,可先珩磨,后冷装;4.修磨油槽。
