采用犬双后肢缺血实验模型,并结合临床,借以探讨高渗甘露醇复合液在改变缺血再灌流损伤肢体氯代谢和氧利用中的作用。其结果表明,肢体缺血再灌流后虽供血和供氧已恢复,肢体缺血性损伤并未立即改善,氧代谢障碍继续存在,糖酵解和肌糖元分解继续进行。高渗甘露醇能显著减轻和改善缺血再灌流损伤肢体的氧代谢障碍。同时临床初步应用表明能显著减轻肢体大血管损伤术后的缺血再灌流损伤及明显提高了肢体的存活率。
The experimental model of canine hindlimb ischemia was used in combination with clinical study to explore the role of hypertonic mannitol complex in altering the metabolism and oxygen utilization of limbs after ischemia-reperfusion injury. The results showed that limb ischemia and reperfusion after blood supply and oxygen supply have been restored, limb ischemic injury did not immediately improve the oxygen metabolism disorders continue to exist, glycolysis and muscle glycogenolysis continued. Hypertonic mannitol can significantly reduce and improve ischemia-reperfusion injury limbs oxygen metabolism disorders. At the same time clinical preliminary application shows that can significantly reduce limb ischemia and reperfusion injury and significantly improve the limb survival rate.
