一、深圳多层次资本市场体系已初具规模历经30多年的发展,深圳已成为国内金融生态环境最好的城市之一,金融业综合竞争力日趋壮大,预计2010年深圳市金融业总资产将达到4.24万亿元,居全国大中城市前列。目前,深圳多层次资本市场体系已初具规模,形成了独特的集主板、中小企业板、创业板、代办股份转让系统为一身的资本运作平台,境内资本市场上市公司达到148家,总市值超过2万亿元,其中中小板、创业板上市公司数量居全国大中城市首位。
