The author recalled an episode of microfluidics at a university in Sri Lanka at night for blood tests. Investigation group at about 22:00 blood made of blood film check microfilaria. The technician looks for all the microflakes before the smear is dry and looks for live microfilariae. A mirror exclamation seemed to find the first positive case
