在医院分级管理中,医院内感染管理已列为考核医院管理和医疗护理质量的重要指标。在实际管理中,我们发现卫生员的管理是一个重要的薄弱环节,因此,我科就卫生员的手污染用双盲法、随机抽样法进行了洗手前、后细菌培养。监测结果发现,洗手前后合格率分别为22%、33%,合格率不符合规定要求。洗手前后无明显差异,洗手后合格者仅比洗手前多1人,且有个别卫生员洗手后的菌落数比洗手前还要多。这些都充分说明了洗手法的不正确及洗手的有关环节未按消毒隔离要求执行。由此,我们建议:1.洗手前将水笼
In hospital classification management, hospital infection management has been listed as an important indicator to assess the quality of hospital management and medical care. In the actual management, we found that the management of health workers is an important weak link. Therefore, our department conducts bacterial culture before and after handwashing with double-blind method and random sampling method for hand contamination of health workers. The monitoring results showed that the qualification rates before and after hand washing were 22% and 33% respectively, and the qualified rate did not meet the specified requirements. There was no significant difference between before and after washing. After washing hands, there were only one more qualified person than before washing hands, and there were individual health workers who had more colonies after washing their hands than before washing hands. All of these fully illustrate the inaccuracy of handwashing and the related aspects of handwashing that have not been performed according to the requirements for disinfection and isolation.
