批本研究采用内容分析的研究方法,对2002年到2006年的《中国健康教育》杂志与《Health Education》杂志刊载文章进行传播基本要素的比较研究。通过研究,我们了解到中英两国健康教育研究基本状况和两国间的差异主要表现在:从传播者分析看,英国主要来自学校,我国则以疾病控制机构为主,不同领域、不同机构人员的交叉合作研究明英国显高于中国。在研究内容上,英国最关注学校、生活、有害食品药品禁控健康教育问题,中国则较关注医院、艾滋病性病、心理健康教育问题,英国对健康传播研究的重视显著高于中国。在研究方法上,英国学者偏爱个案研究,中国则长于观点阐发。从针对的传播对象看,英国较关注学校工作者、儿童青少年和传播人员,中国则以学校工作者、医务工作者和社区工作者为重。从研究影响范围和领域看,英国研究的国际化程度及国际影响都显著高于中国,其研究领域涵盖较广,而且对各种健康问题的关注度较平衡。中国注重“发展中和不发达地区”问题,研究相对集中于医院、心理、爱滋病等领域。借鉴国际研究发展的经验,我国未来的健康教育研究应注重学科基础研究,要注重学校教育,要从青少年抓起以发挥最大的功效;应重视健康教育传播研究,重视专业传播队伍建设以提升研究成果的传播扩散,普及转化能力;应加强多学科、多部门的协作研究,注重国际研究与国际合作,以加快研究发展步伐。
The study uses a content analysis approach to comparative study of the basic elements of dissemination of articles published between China Health Education magazine and Health Education magazine from 2002 to 2006. Through research, we learned that the basic conditions of health education research in China and the United Kingdom and the differences between the two countries are mainly manifested in that: from the perspective of communicators, the United Kingdom mainly comes from schools; the disease control agencies in our country are the mainstay; people in different fields and agencies The cross-cooperation study showed that the UK was significantly higher than China. In the content of the study, the United Kingdom is most concerned about the prohibition of health education at school, in life and on harmful food and drug products. China is more concerned about education in hospitals, HIV / AIDS and mental health education. Britain attaches much more importance to health research than China. In the research methods, British scholars prefer case studies, while China is longer than perspectives. In terms of targeted audiences, the United Kingdom is more concerned with school workers, children and adolescents, and communication workers while in China, priority is given to school workers, medical workers and community workers. From the perspective of research scope and field, the degree of internationalization and international influence of the British studies are significantly higher than that of China. Their research fields cover a wide range of areas, and their attention to various health problems is more balanced. China pays attention to the issue of “developing and underdeveloped areas”, with relatively concentrated research in hospitals, psychology, AIDS and other fields. Learn from the experience of international research and development, the future of our country’s health education research should pay attention to basic research of disciplines, pay attention to school education, we must start from young people to play the most effective; should pay attention to health education communication research, pay attention to the construction of professional communication team to enhance research Diffusion of achievements and popularization of transformation ability; multi-disciplinary and multi-sectoral collaborative research should be strengthened and international research and international cooperation should be strengthened in order to speed up the pace of research and development.
