糊料扎固是铝电解槽修筑的关键工艺之一,其扎固质量直接影响到电解槽的寿命.针对此,基于冲击压实理论,通过大量的发素糊料冲击扎固试验,研究了锤头类型、布料厚度、下落高度等对糊料压实质量的影响,得到了扎固过程中锤头加速度和糊料压实比的变化曲线,给出了布料厚度、扎固次数等的合理参数范围.试验结果表明:冲击能量的大小对糊料压实质量影响最大,其次是糊料的布料厚度;在布料厚度和冲击功一定时,糊料压实比随冲击次数的增加逐渐趋于定值;冲击对糊料的压实作用主要集中在锤头下方,对周围糊料影响较小.研究结果对糊料扎固施工和冲击压实机械设计具有指导意义.图5,表1,参9.
Paste sticking is one of the key technologies for the construction of aluminum cells. The quality of the sticking solid has a direct impact on the life of the cell. In view of this, based on the theory of impact compaction, the effect of the type of hammer, the thickness of the cloth and the height of the drop on the compaction quality of the paste was studied through a large amount of hair paste impacting and solidifying test. Acceleration and paste compaction ratio curves, given the cloth thickness, the number of fixed number of reasonable range of parameters. The results show that the impact energy has the greatest influence on the compaction quality of the paste, followed by the thickness of the paste. When the thickness of the fabric and the impact energy are constant, the compaction ratio of paste tends to be constant with the increase of the number of impacts. The impact of the impact of the paste is mainly concentrated in the compaction under the hammer, less impact on the surrounding paste.
