观察是教育的先导,是教师了解幼儿的有效途径,幼儿游戏中的干预是教师参与幼儿游戏并对游戏施加影响的行为。教师对幼儿游戏的适宜干预有利于游戏功能的发挥,而适宜的干预必须是适时的,因此游戏干预时机的把握成为教师干预过程中的关键环节,这就要求教师观察幼儿的游戏行为。只有基于有效观察的干预才有可能是适时、适宜的,也只有这样,教师的干预才可能是满足幼儿发展需要的。
Observation is the forerunner of education and an effective way for teachers to understand children. The intervention in early childhood games is a teacher’s participation in early childhood games and exerting influence on the games. Appropriate intervention by teachers for toddlers’ games is beneficial to the play of game functions. Appropriate interventions must be timely. Therefore, the timing of game intervention becomes the key link in teacher intervention, which requires teachers to observe the game behaviors of toddlers. Only interventions based on effective observation can be timely and appropriate, and only then can teacher intervention be possible to meet the needs of young children.
