本文以80年代上半期的小说、诗歌创作为对象，剖析和阐释中国新时期文学向现代主义文学转化的内在逻辑，指出这一转化与当时中国社会现代化运动的总体趋向相一致：它适应了后者对文化转型的基本要求。在此基础上，本文对新时期文学发展中的极端现代主义趋向(自我崇拜和非理性主义迷信)和它所表现的虚无主义意识作了文化哲学的解析和批判。
Based on the novels and poems created in the first half of the 1980s, this essay analyzes and explains the internal logic of the transformation of Chinese literature from the new era to the modernist literature. It points out that this transformation is consistent with the general tendency of China’s social modernization movement at that time: The basic requirements of cultural transformation. On this basis, this article makes a cultural and philosophical analysis and critique of the trend towards extreme modernism (self-worship and irrationalism) in the development of literature in the new era and its nihilistic awareness.
