本文对61例子宫内膜癌(Ⅱ期)进行回顾性分析。子宫内膜癌(Ⅱ期)是罕见的,在子宫内膜肿瘤中本组发病率约为10％。资料和方法:治疗前病理学复查,证实全部病例都有宫颈侵犯。35例接受术前放疗,10例接受术后放疗,16例接受单纯性放疗。照射是应用15MV光子线照射,设有前、后、左右侧等照射野。或应用4MV直线加速器或钴~(60)治疗机作双侧弧形旋转照射,但总剂量相似。
In this paper, 61 cases of endometrial cancer (Ⅱ) were retrospectively analyzed. Endometrial cancer (stage II) is rare, the incidence of this group of endometrial cancer is about 10%. Materials and Methods: Pretreatment pathology review confirmed that all cases had cervical invasion. 35 patients received preoperative radiotherapy, 10 patients received postoperative radiotherapy, 16 patients received simple radiotherapy. Irradiation is the application of 15MV photon line irradiation, with the front, rear, left and right side irradiation field. Or use 4MV linear accelerator or cobalt ~ (60) treatment of bilateral arc rotation irradiation, but the total dose was similar.
