9月28日,江淮汽车公告称:拟与NC2 GlobLC在合肥成立中重卡合资公司,总投资额为20亿元,双方各持50%股权。根据协议,江淮与NC2成立的合资公司注册资本将不少于人民币8亿元。双方各持50%股权。其中江淮汽车将几乎全部的中型卡车和重型卡车的资产和业务作为出资投入合资公司,包括研发设施、生产基地、销售网络等;而NC2将以现金出资,并为合资公司提供某些工业产权。
On September 28, JAC announced that it intends to establish a medium-heavy truck joint venture with NC2 GlobLC in Hefei with a total investment of 2 billion yuan and a 50% stake of both parties. According to the agreement, the joint venture company established by JAC and NC2 will have a registered capital of not less than RMB800 million. The two sides each hold 50% stake. JAC will invest nearly all its assets and businesses in medium-sized trucks and heavy trucks into joint ventures, including research and development facilities, production bases and sales networks. NC2 will contribute cash and provide certain industrial properties to the joint venture.
