近年来,许多高职院校适应现代服务产业发展形势,开设了与之相关的专业,为现代服务业的发展培养着高素质劳动者和技术技能型人才。调查发现,高职院校社会服务类专业的师资队伍存在着数量不足、素质不高、结构不佳、发展不足、激励不够等问题,影响着服务类人才培养的数量和质量。基于研究和实践,建议有关部门和各高职院校从广纳人才、优化结构、加强培养、科学激励、注重评价等方面全面加强社会服务类专业师资队伍建设,着力打造出一支适应服务业产业人才培养的师资队伍。
In recent years, many higher vocational colleges have adapted themselves to the situation of the development of modern service industry and opened related professions to cultivate high-quality laborers and skilled personnel for the development of modern service industry.
