农村乡村医生是实现“2000年人人享有卫生保健”目标的一支重要力量。目前,宁夏回族自治区平均每个行政村有1.78名乡村医生,成为一支活跃在农村卫生医疗战线的生力军。但由于村集体经济的薄弱,建立在其上的农村合作医疗站——农村三级卫生保健网的网底,失去了存在的基础,且日趋解体。加之,防保资金、村筹集资金不足,医生待遇低等因素,农民群众就医吃药难,防保工作不落实,少数农村出现“因病致贫”现象。对此,笔者就如何巩固、发展农村合作医疗,稳定乡村医生队伍等问题,结合我区一些县(市)的做法谈点看法。
Rural rural doctors are an important force in achieving the goal of “Health care for all in 2000”. At present, there are 1.78 village doctors in each administrative village on the average of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, which has become an active force in the rural health and medical front. However, due to the weakness of the village collective economy, the network of rural cooperative medical stations established on the rural tertiary health care network has lost its foundation and is increasingly disintegrating. In addition, prevention funds, insufficient funds raised by the village, and low medical treatment, the peasants are hard to get medicine, and the prevention work is not implemented. A few rural villages are experiencing “due to poverty due to illness”. In this regard, the author discusses some issues on how to consolidate and develop rural cooperative medical care, stabilize the ranks of rural doctors, and some other counties (cities) in our region.
