采用共沉淀法制备了Ru/ZrO2 ·xH2 O催化剂 ,并利用XRD、TEM等表征手段对催化剂的结构和物理化学性质进行了表征 ;重点研究了催化剂还原处理过程对苯选择加氢反应的影响 ,同时探讨了无机添加剂ZnSO4·7H2 O、反应温度、搅拌速度等反应条件对加氢反应的影响 .研究结果表明在催化剂还原处理时加入 4 .0 gZnSO4·7H2 O和在反应温度 14 5℃、搅拌速度 80 0r/min以上时选择性加氢效果最佳 ,环己烯的最高得率可达 36 .7% .
The Ru / ZrO2 · xH2O catalyst was prepared by co-precipitation method. The structure and physico-chemical properties of the catalyst were characterized by XRD and TEM. The effect of catalyst reduction treatment on selective hydrogenation of benzene was mainly studied. The effects of reaction conditions such as inorganic additives ZnSO4 · 7H2O, reaction temperature and stirring speed on the hydrogenation reaction were also discussed.The results showed that adding 4 .0 g ZnSO4 · 7H2O during the catalyst reduction treatment and stirring at the reaction temperature of 145 ℃, The selective hydrogenation is the best when the velocity is above 80 0r / min, and the highest yield of cyclohexene can reach 36.7%.
