目的观察计划、实行、改进、行动四步监测方法对医院药库药品管理的效果,以探讨改进药库药品管理的流程。方法 2009年1月～2011年1月医院药库运用计划、实行、改进、行动四步循环法对药品进行管理,比较方法实施前后的效果。结果四步循环管理后,药库药品管理使用率、药品去向明确率、药品差额变化及时率、药品不合格报损率分别为99.12%、99.54%、99.34%、1.02%,与循环管理之前97.64%、97.21%、98.01%、3.58%比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论采用四步循环法对药库药品供应情况进行管理分析,可以有效的保证药品的顺畅供应,提高解决管理问题的能力,从而保证医疗的治疗,减少科室与药房之间的差错。
Objective To observe the effects of four-step monitoring methods of planning, implementation, improvement and action on the management of pharmaceuticals in the hospital’s pharmacy so as to explore the process of improving the management of pharmaceuticals in the pharmaceuticals. Methods From January 2009 to January 2011, the hospital pharmacy was planned, implemented, improved and acted on by a four-step cycle method to manage the drugs and compared the effects of the methods before and after implementation. Results After four-step cycle management, the rate of drug administration, the frequency of drug discovery, the prompt rate of change of drug balance and the rate of drug unqualified loss were 99.12%, 99.54%, 99.34% and 1.02% respectively, compared with 97.64 %, 97.21%, 98.01%, 3.58%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The management and analysis of drug supply in pharmacy by four-step cycle method can effectively ensure the smooth supply of drugs and improve the ability to solve management problems, so as to ensure the medical treatment and reduce the errors between department and pharmacy.
