目的:观察毫米波配合放疗治疗恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法:将60例恶性肿瘤患者,随机分为两组进行治疗,联合组(毫米波配合放疗或放化疗)30例。对照组(单纯放疗或放化疗)30例,两组临床资料相同,其中各有5例同时采用放射和化学药物治疗;观察两组近期疗效,血象变化、治疗前后免疫功能及一般状况、毒性反应。结果:CR+PR联合组为93.3%,对照组为83.3%,P>0.05;治疗开始后4周内白细胞下降联合组为14/30,对照组为23/30,差异有意义(P<0.05);治疗5~8周中联合组白细胞下降例数、程度虽仍然较对照组小,而无差异(P>0.05),联合组治疗后NK、T4/T8为20.48±3.5、0.84±0.20,而对照组为14.4±2.7、0.65±0.15,有差异P>0.05,两组放疗前后毒副反应无明显差异。结论:毫米波照射配合放疗治疗恶性肿瘤,可保护患者的血象和免疫功能。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of millimeter wave combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of malignant tumors. Methods: Sixty patients with malignant tumors were randomly divided into two groups for treatment. The combined group (millimeter wave combined with radiotherapy or radiotherapy and chemotherapy) included 30 cases. In the control group (radiotherapy or chemoradiotherapy), 30 patients had the same clinical data, 5 of whom were treated with radiation and chemical drugs at the same time; the short-term efficacy of the two groups was observed, changes in blood status, immune function before and after treatment, general conditions, and toxicity . RESULTS: CR+PR was 93.3% in the combined group and 83.3% in the control group, P>0.05; the white blood cell decreased in the combined group was 14/30 in the 4 weeks after the start of treatment, and the control group was 23/30. The difference was significant. (P<0.05); The number of cases of leukopenia in the combined group was still smaller than that of the control group, and there was no difference (P>0.05). The NK and T4/T8 levels in the combined group were after treatment. 20.48±3.5, 0.84±0.20, compared with 14.4±2.7 and 0.65±0.15 in control group, with a difference of P>0.05. No significant difference in response. Conclusion: Millimeter wave irradiation combined with radiotherapy for malignant tumors can protect the patient’s blood and immune function.
