课程项目化教学改革已成为高职教育的大型改革运动,同时也是高职院校自身发展的需要。提高高职人才质量,培养适应社会需要的实用技术人才和管理人才的关键因素是培养独具特色的项目型人才。其培养要通过项目化教学来实现,即在具备一定的保障条件下,通过项目化教学手段培养具有良好动手能力的人才,达到比传统课程教学更好的效果。
The project-based teaching reform has become a large-scale reform movement in higher vocational education. It is also the need of higher vocational colleges for their own development. The key factor to improve the quality of qualified personnel in higher vocational education and to train practical technical talents and management talents to meet the needs of the society is to cultivate unique project-type talents. Its cultivation should be realized through project-based teaching. That is, under the condition of having certain guarantee, it should cultivate talents with good practical skills through project-based teaching methods, so as to achieve better effects than the traditional course teaching.
