通过矿物掺合料、高性能减水剂、水胶比、砂率、胶凝材料用量和粗骨料等因素对混凝土工艺性能、力学性能及耐久性能影响的试验研究,采用525号硅酸水泥、超细矿物掺合料和与之相适应的高性能减水剂,可十分成功地制备出抗压强度90~100MPa、坍落度20cm以上且2h无坍落度损失的高强高性能混凝土。
The effect of mineral admixture, high-performance water reducer, water-binder ratio, sand ratio, amount of cementitious material, and coarse aggregate on the mechanical properties, mechanical properties and durability of the concrete was investigated using No. 525 siliceous cement. Ultrafine mineral admixtures and high-performance water-reducing agents that are compatible with them can be successfully used to prepare high-strength and high-performance concrete with compressive strength of 90 to 100 MPa, slump of more than 20 cm, and 2 h loss without slump loss.
