On November 4, 1993, Professor Nikiflower of the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences made a report on the situation of Russia’s economic reform at the Institute of Economic Research of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. In his report, he talked about the implementation of the policy measures in the crucial period of the former Soviet Union and Russia’s reform and the background at that time.
