农村实行生产责任制以后,广大农民十分重视施用化肥,粮食产量不断提高。但是,许多农户缺乏肥料知识,在施肥过程中,普遍存在“重化肥轻农肥”、盲目增加化肥用量和施肥次数等错误倾向,不仅阻碍单产提高、增加生产成本,而且严重消耗地力,使土壤理化性状恶化。为了经济合理施用化肥,充分发挥现有化肥的增产作用,提出以下几点意见:
