豚鼠45只,随机分为3组,第1组为正常对照组,第2组为肌注庆大霉素组(GM组), 第 3组在肌注 GM的同时,腹腔注射二甲亚砜(GM+DMSO组),以探讨 DMSO对 GM耳毒性的 预防作用。结果表明;GM+DMSO组动物耳蜗神经动作电位(AP)阈值较GM组明显为低,AP (N1)潜伏期GM组较GM+DMSO组显著延长;耳蜗铺片显示。GM+DMSO组外毛细胞受损程度 较GM组明显为轻。提示DMSO可有效地减轻GM的耳蜗毒性。
45 guinea pigs were randomly divided into 3 groups, the first group was normal control group, the second group was intramuscular injection of gentamicin group (GM group), the third group intramuscular injection of GM at the same time, intraperitoneal injection of dimethyl sulfoxide (GM + DMSO group) to explore the preventive effect of DMSO on GM ototoxicity. The results showed that the threshold value of nerve action potential (AP) of cochlear nerve in GM + DMSO group was significantly lower than that in GM group, while the latency in GM group was significantly longer than that in GM + DMSO group. The damage of outer hair cells in GM + DMSO group was obviously lighter than that in GM group. Suggesting that DMSO can effectively reduce the cochlear toxicity of GM.
