目的评价同种异体骨填充良性骨肿瘤切除后形成腔隙性骨缺损的效果,以探讨同种异体骨修复骨缺损的机制、临床应用价值。方法回顾分析我科应用异体骨治疗135例良性骨肿瘤患者手术后骨缺损病例。结果在随诊的104例患者中,除1例因感染手术失败,7例肿瘤复发外,其余96例骨肿瘤患者的骨缺损均得到良好治愈,平均愈合时间9.7个月。未发现由于植入异体骨而引起传染病发生。结论同其他骨缺损填充方法和自体髂骨相比,此种方法可操作性强,安全性较高。在骨愈合率,骨愈合时间以及感染、复发等并发症的发生上同自体骨植骨手术无明显差异。
Objective To evaluate the effect of allogeneic bone-filled benign bone tumor on the formation of lacunar bone defect after resection to explore the mechanism and clinical value of allogeneic bone repair of bone defect. Methods A retrospective analysis of our department of allogeneic bone treatment of 135 cases of benign bone tumors in patients with bone defects after surgery. Results Among the 104 patients who were followed up, all the 96 cases of bone tumors were well cured except for one case of infection and seven cases of tumor recurrence. The average healing time was 9.7 months. Not found due to the implantation of allogenic bone caused by infectious diseases. Conclusion Compared with other bone defect filling methods and autologous ilium, this method is feasible and safe. There was no significant difference in the rate of bone healing, bone healing time, complications of infection and recurrence with autologous bone graft.
