1 材料 动物:BALB/C小白鼠,体重16～18g,6～8w龄,雄性。由中国农业科学院哈尔滨兽医研究所提供。病毒:CoxsackidB_3病毒,Hep-2细胞上3次传代,李氏法测得病毒50％组织感染率(TCTD5O)为10-9,黑龙江卫生防疫站病毒所提供。药物:健心口服液由黑龙江中医药大学附院药厂提供。辅酶Q_(10)注射液由江苏泰州生物化学制化厂出品,批号9405021。主要试剂:超氧化物歧化酶标准液,由Sigma公司提供,批号:S-9254。硝基四氮唑蓝A.R.上海试剂四厂,批号:90300542。邻苯三酚A.R.北京化工厂,批号911106。Tris-盐酸缓冲液A.R.北京红星化工厂,批号:890917。甲酸缓冲液A.R.北京化工厂,批号:860405。主要仪器:日立F-3010荧光分光光度计。日立MPF-4荧光分光光度计。
1 Materials Animals: BALB/C mice weighing 16 to 18 g, 6 to 8 weeks old, male. Provided by Harbin Veterinary Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Virus: CoxsackidB_3 virus, Hep-2 cells were passaged 3 times, and the 50% tissue infection rate (TCTD5O) of the virus was measured as 10-9 by Lee’s method. The virus was provided by Heilongjiang Health and Epidemic Prevention Station. Drugs: Jianxin Oral Solution was provided by the Affiliated Pharmaceutical Factory of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Coenzyme Q_(10) injection was produced by Jiangsu Taizhou Biochemical Plant, batch number 9405021. The main reagent: superoxide dismutase standard solution, provided by Sigma, lot number: S-9254. Nitrotetrazolium A.R. Shanghai Reagent No. 4 Plant, batch number: 90300542. Pyrogallol A.R. Beijing Chemical Plant, Lot 911106. Tris-hydrochloric acid buffer A.R.
