脑血管病是当前世界范围内主要危害老年人健康的疾病。脑梗塞占80%以上,至今尚无特效的治疗措施。造成这种情况的原因之一,是临床上缺乏正确判断早期脑缺血损伤特征和病情进展的手段。此外,动脉粥样硬化或动脉硬化是老年脑梗塞的主要病理基础,然而目前临床无可靠的非创伤性脑动脉粥样硬化和动脉硬化的评价手段,只有靠脑血管造影或死后尸检得以证实。目前常用CT、MRI等影像技术来诊断脑血管病,但对脑血管功能只能作出间接分析。为此,我院采用上海复旦大学和上海麦登电子设备有限公司研制的脑血管血流动力学检测仪对老年脑梗塞238例进行检测,并对脑血竹血流动力学参数(CVDI)进行分析探讨,现报告如下。
Cerebrovascular disease is currently the world’s major disease endangering the health of the elderly. More than 80% of cerebral infarction, there is no effective treatment. One of the reasons for this is the lack of a clinically correct means of judging the characteristics of early ischemic insult and the progression of the disease. In addition, atherosclerosis or arteriosclerosis is the main pathological basis of senile cerebral infarction, however, the current non-credible non-invasive evaluation of non-traumatic cerebral atherosclerosis and arteriosclerosis can only be confirmed by cerebral angiography or autopsy . Currently used CT, MRI and other imaging techniques to diagnose cerebrovascular disease, but only for indirect analysis of cerebrovascular function. To this end, our hospital using Shanghai Fudan University and Shanghai Maideng Electronic Equipment Co., Ltd. developed cerebral vascular hemodynamic detector 238 cases of senile cerebral infarction were detected, and cerebral blood flow bamboo blood flow parameters (CVDI) Analysis and discussion, the report is as follows.
