泻痢王胶囊是近年来研制应用于治疗痢疾、泄泻等疾病的新药。实验观察了其对小鼠正常功能及肠功能亢进时的作用，结果：小鼠肠功能正常时，泻痢王胶囊高剂量组（１０．４ｇ／ｋｇ），能明显抑制小鼠肠管内的炭末推进度，中剂量组（５．２ｇ／ｋｇ），有一定抑制作用，低剂量组（２．６ｇ／ｋｇ）未表现出抑制作用。在由甲基硫酸新司的明引起的肠功能亢进时，泻痢王胶囊高剂量组抑制作用显著，中剂量组显示与阳性对照药复方苯乙呱啶醇相似的抑制作用，低剂量组抑制作用不明显，说明泻痢王对肠功能亢进有抑制作用，为本品治疗泄泻、痢疾，改善有关症状提供了实验依据。
Xieyuwang Capsule is a new drug developed for the treatment of dysentery and diarrhea in recent years. Experiments were conducted to observe the effects of normal function and intestinal hyperactivity in mice. Results: When the mice have normal bowel function, the high-dose group (10.4 g/kg) of Xieyuwang Capsule can significantly inhibit the carbon in the intestine of mice. At the final boost, the middle dose group (5.2 g/kg) had a certain inhibitory effect, and the low dose group (2.6 g/kg) showed no inhibitory effect. In the hyperintestinal hyperthyroidism caused by the neomycin methyl sulfate, the high-dose group of Xiayiwang capsule had a significant inhibitory effect, and the middle-dose group showed similar inhibition with the compound acetophenoxol, a positive control drug, and the low-dose group inhibited. Obviously, it is shown that Xie Xi Wang has an inhibitory effect on hyperactivity of the intestines, providing experimental evidence for the treatment of diarrhea, dysentery and improvement of related symptoms.
