体育学科教学是提高中学生身体素质的主要途径,通过中学体育学习可以让学生在体育运动过程中进行身体的舒展,放松学习的压力,让学生以最好的状态进行学习。但受到应试教育的影响,学生将所有的精力都放在应试学科的学习上,努力地做各种练习题,为的就是能够在考试中取得理想的成绩。对于体育这门学科的兴趣不高,学习缺乏积极性,甚至不愿意进行体育锻炼,认为是在浪费时间,这就使得中学体育教学提高学生身体素质的作用没能充分发挥出来。游戏教学法的应用彻底改变了这一现状,提高了学生对体育学习的兴趣,提高了体育教学的效率。
The teaching of physical education is the main way to improve the physical quality of middle school students. Through the study of middle school physical education, students can stretch their bodies and relax the pressure of study during the course of physical exercise so that students can learn in the best condition. However, due to the impact of exam-oriented education, students put all their energy into the study of exam-oriented subjects and work hard on various exercises so as to achieve the desired result in the examination. The interest in physical education is not high, lack of enthusiasm for learning, or even reluctance to exercise, think it is a waste of time, which makes middle school physical education to improve the role of physical fitness students did not fully play out. The application of the teaching method has completely changed the status quo, raised students’ interest in sports learning and improved the efficiency of physical education.
