本文首先结合心理学知识,分析采用企业年度环境相关词语词频评价企业环境声誉这一做法的可行性。并据此从认知角度出发,构建了更为客观的企业环境声誉评价体系;然后利用信息管理技术,根据笔者的评价标准,选取采掘类上市企业47家作为样本,利用其2010-2011两年的相关数据,对样本企业的环境声誉进行了量化评价。最后,本文试图构建企业环境声誉与股票市场反应二者关系的理论模型,通过多元回归分析研究负面环境事件发生时上市企业环境声誉对其CAR的影响,最终得出负面环境事件发生时企业环境声誉对其股价有正面促进作用的结论。
This paper first combines the psychology of knowledge, analysis of enterprise environment using the word frequency environment evaluation of corporate environmental reputation of this approach is feasible.
