我院1996年首次参加了卫生部在天津举办的继续医学教育培训班,回院后首先在科主任会议上传达了有关文件精神,初步了解和认识了继续医学教育工作的重要性和必要性,并且将此项工作纳入了医院计划日程。我们在管理中认真把关,严格实施,取得了良好的效果,使继续医学教育工作朝着健康方向发展。1 传达文件精神,明确工作目标 为使继续医学教育工作顺利地开展,我们在全院科主任和教研室主任会议上传达了上海市卫生局有关继续医学教育活动和学分授予试行办法通知,使科主任、抓医学教育工作的科副主任掌握文件精神,然后传达到卫技中级职称以上的工作人员。因为此项工作刚刚开始,在认识上不能马上统一,而不被引起重视。所以院领导利用每月1次全院
