目前,我国事业单位体制机制方面还存在不少问题,主要表现在:政事不分、事企不分、管办不分、功能定位不清;治理结构不完善,监督管理薄弱,事业单位尚未真正成为法人主体;社会力量参与提供公共服务的程度不高等。从根本上解决这些问题,迫切需要深化事业单位改革,进一步理顺体制、完善机制、健全法制,充分调动事业单位及广大干部职工的积极性、主动性、创造性,大力促进公益事业发展。
