Subcutaneous hepatectomy and subcutaneous injection of cancer cell suspensions were used to establish a mouse model of orthotopic and heterotopic allograft transplantation. The specific activity of type IV collagenase in different models was analyzed by zymography, and the cause of high metastasis caused by the orthotopic transplantation model was preliminarily explored.
