目前擦窗机作为完成高层建筑清洗和维护高空作业安全、实用、高效的专用常设悬吊设备,得到了社会的普遍认可。擦窗机作为起重机械,虽然已有相应的行政法规,但安全技术规范不健全,其安全技术检验工作基本处于停顿状态。全社会对其安全管理普遍认识不清,安全管理普遍不够重视,安装使用混乱,事故时有发生,安全管理混乱的局面急待改观。
At present, the window cleaning machine as the completion of high-rise building cleaning and maintenance of aerial work safe, practical and efficient dedicated permanent suspension equipment, has been generally recognized by the community. Gondola machines as lifting machinery, although there are corresponding administrative regulations, but the safety technical specifications are not perfect, the basic safety and technical inspection work in a quiescent state. The whole society has generally failed to recognize its safety management. Safety management generally lacks importance. Installation and use are chaotic. Occurrences of accidents and confusion of safety management are urgently needed.
