以燃料消耗最低为准则，采用完全基于能量平衡的精确模型来构成真实目标函数。在此基础上进行合理简化．建立真实目标与控制模型参量之间的函数关系，并且运用最优控制理论中的最大值原理对真实目标函数进行求解。
Taking the lowest fuel consumption as the criterion, a precise model based on energy balance is used to construct the true objective function. On this basis, a reasonable simplification.
