近两年来,峪山镇财政所紧紧抓住农业综合开发契机,采取积极向上争取项目,向内挖潜,取得党委、政府重视,群众支持的办法,分别在1998～1999年兴建了杨湾泵站和毕岗泵站,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。我们的具体作法是: 一是提高思想认识,选准项目。在支农工作中,我们立足峪山实际,在岗地上作文章,以农民增产增收为目的,从改善基础设施入手,发展那些“吹糠见米”的项目。财政所党支部一班人认为,峪山镇有些村发展慢,主要原因是缺水。经了解,杨湾有熊河西干渠经过,毕岗有淳河源源不断的水流,都有丰富的水资源,因缺资金,修不起泵站,农民只能望水兴叹。随即我们向镇委、镇政府汇报,选准了农发项目,经过向县、市农发办汇报,终于争得了杨湾泵站、毕岗泵站的项目立项。

As we all know, there are Xionghe River trunk channels in Yangwan, and there are a steady stream of water in Chun River. Both of them have abundant water resources. Due to lack of funds, they can not afford pumping stations and peasants can only be disappointed. Then we report to the town appoint, the town government, selected the project of agricultural development, after reporting to the county and city agricultural development, finally won the project of Yangwan pump station and Bigang pump station.
