生物体内几乎所有物质的化学变化,都是通过酶的催化反应而进行的。生物的生命过程如食物的消化和吸收、肌肉收缩、抗体合成、神经冲动的产生和传递、细胞分裂和分化等都和酶促反应有关。因此,酶性能的任何变化都会直接影响生物体的正常功能。许多研究资料表明,老年期,体液或某些组织细胞的酶性能异常。然而酶与衰老的内在关系是错综复杂的,既可能是由于酶合成前或合成后的变更,直接或间接地导致生物的衰老,也可能由于衰老导致酶性能异常,也或两者互为因果。
Almost all of the material in the body of chemical changes, are catalyzed by the enzyme carried out. Biological life processes such as digestion and absorption of food, muscle contraction, antibody synthesis, the generation and transmission of nerve impulses, cell division and differentiation are related to the enzymatic reaction. Therefore, any changes in enzyme properties will directly affect the normal function of the organism. Many studies have shown that in elderly, body fluids or some tissue cells abnormal enzyme performance. However, the inherent relationship between enzymes and aging is complicated. The changes of enzyme and senescence may directly or indirectly lead to the aging of the organism, the abnormality of enzyme activity due to aging, or the mutual causal relationship between the enzyme and senescence.
