本文作者对胆红素中促胆素(含苯肼)及分解产物的检出方法和最低检出量作了研究,结果表明用本文化学分析方法对苯肼、苯胺、苯酚的最低检出灵敏度均为1μg;对胆红素中苯肼及分解产物苯胺、苯酚的检出灵敏度分别为5μg、1μg、5μg;用高效液相色谱法检出灵敏度均为0.5μg。此方法能检出胆红素中残留的促胆素及代谢物。且研究所用的洗脱液可洗去胆红素中残留的促胆素和代谢物至检出灵敏度以下。
