通过亲核置换反应使硅碳双键置于大的共轭体系中,合成了一种含有硅碳双键的化合物。利用元素分析、红外光谱、质谱鉴定了其结构。研究了它在溶液中的性质,及对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌作用.
By nucleophilic displacement reaction so that the silicon-carbon double bond placed in a large conjugated system, a compound containing silicon-carbon double bond was synthesized. Its structure was characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectrum and mass spectrometry. Its properties in solution and antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus were studied.
