IDR工艺是一种比较独特的尿素汽提工艺,目前世界上仅存两套在运行,其中一套在四川泸天化股份公司。尽管该工艺在整体上较之CO_2汽提工艺、NH_3汽提工艺以及ACES汽提工艺有其不成熟之处而难于推广,但是在某些局部的设计理念上,它确实存在许多独特之处。通过对泸天化IDR装置运行13年生产运行状况的全面分析,基本摸索出了该工艺自身运行的特点和规律,同时也对比出了该工艺与其他尿素汽提工艺存在的不同点。
IDR process is a relatively unique urea stripping process, the world’s only two remaining in operation, one set in Sichuan Lutianhua AG. Although the process is generally more difficult to generalize than the CO 2 stripping process, the NH 3 stripping process and the ACES stripping process, it does have some unique features in some local design concepts. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the operation status of the operation of Lutianhua IDR plant over the past 13 years, the characteristics and laws of the operation of the process were basically explored. At the same time, the differences between this process and other urea stripping processes were also compared.
