Exel微电子公司已成功研制出了世界第一种工业变码接触安全芯片——Surelok ICs,广泛适用于车锁、蜂窝电话及工作站,防止未经许可的第三方使用。该芯片能承受2000V的静电放电峰值电压,工作温度范围为40~85℃,耗电仅1mμA。 目前,该芯片已用于汽车锁具,控制门锁、点火开关及多种与驾车相关的功能。新型芯片成对工作,一个在车内,一个与普通锁具相差无几。与其他接近识别芯片不同的是,该芯片成本低廉,售价仅为90美分,且不易被仿制。芯片的密码系统采用极为复杂的变码协议,每次被识别后就会改变其32位字谜组合。
Exel Microelectronics has successfully developed the world’s first industrial transcode contact safety chip, the Surelok ICs, which are widely used in car locks, cell phones and workstations to prevent unauthorized use by third parties. The chip can withstand 2000V peak electrostatic discharge voltage, operating temperature range of 40 ~ 85 ℃, power consumption of only 1mμA. Currently, the chip has been used for car locks, door locks, ignition switches and a variety of driving-related functions. The new chip work in pairs, one in the car, one with ordinary locks almost the same. Unlike other proximity identification chips, the chip is inexpensive and sells for as little as 90 cents and is not easily copied. The chip’s cryptographic system uses a highly sophisticated transcoding protocol that changes its 32-bit crossword combo each time it is recognized.
