创先争优体现了创新与发展、先进与优秀、主体与客体、个人与组织等方面的统一,蕴含着六个方面的精神内涵与政治品格;以“创”为先,贵在改革创新;以“先”为核心,贵在与时俱进;以“争”为精神状态,贵在艰苦奋斗;以“优”为榜样,贵在见贤思齐;以党员为主体,贵在发扬民主;以天下为己任,贵在无私奉献。这些精神与品格,正是共产党人先进性的时代体现,也是创先争优的精神动力所在。
A good prestige reflects the unity of innovation and development, advanced and outstanding, subject and object, individual and organization, which contains six aspects of spiritual connotation and political character. With “creating” as the first priority and reform in your favor Innovation; to “first ” as the core, you are advancing with the times; to “fight ” for the state of mind, you are hard at work; to “excellent ” as an example, Party members as the main body, you are promoting democracy; the world as own duty, your dedication. These spirits and character are the embodiment of the advanced nature of the Communists and also the spiritual driving force for striving for excellence.
