对两种结构的TBCs试样进行了热震及结合强度测试,并用扫描电镜观察了ZrO2-8%Y2O3(YSZ)面层裂纹的扩展情况。结果表明,梯度结构的TBCs的抗热震性能显著优于非梯度结构的TBCs,YSZ涂层的剥落与表面裂纹的扩展速率有关。
The thermal shock and bond strength of the two kinds of TBCs were tested. The crack growth of ZrO2-8% Y2O3 (YSZ) coatings was observed by scanning electron microscope. The results show that the thermal shock resistance of gradient TBCs is significantly better than that of non-gradient TBCs. The spalling of YSZ coatings is related to the growth rate of surface cracks.
