目的:观察扶正消瘤颗粒剂对乳腺癌术后放化疗后患者T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法:将285例乳腺癌术后放化疗后患者随机分为两组,治疗组(扶正消瘤颗粒剂组)143例和对照组142例,对两组患者的T淋巴细胞亚群结果观察对比。结果:治疗组CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+、CD3~-CD56~+及CD3~-CD19~-与治疗前及对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0 05);对照组与治疗前比较无统计学差异。结论:扶正消瘤颗粒剂能提高乳腺癌术后放化疗后患者机体的免疫功能。
Objective: To observe the effect of Fuzheng Xiaoyun Granule on T lymphocyte subsets in patients with breast cancer after radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods: 285 cases of postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy of breast cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group (143 cases of Fuzheng Xiaolu granules group) and the control group of 142 cases, the two groups of patients with T lymphocyte subsets observed results . Results: The levels of CD3 ~ +, CD4 ~ +, CD8 ~ +, CD3 ~ -CD56 ~ + and CD3 ~ -CD19 ~ in the treatment group were significantly different from those before treatment and in the control group (P <0.05) No significant difference compared with before treatment. Conclusion: Fuzheng Xiaoyu Granule can improve the immune function of patients after radiotherapy and chemotherapy of breast cancer.
