目的初步了解郑州市市场上粮食中邻苯二甲酸酯类物质(PAEs)的污染情况。方法对某市场集中采样,以GC-MS测定样品中PAEs的含量,利用非参数Wilcoxon秩和检验对检测结果进行统计分析。结果在18项PAEs检测中,DEHP和DIBP检出较高,检出率分别为96.7%和23.3%,其他种类PAEs均未检出。按照不同样品参数对检测结果进行分析,大米中PAEs含量高于面粉(Z=2.8435,P=0.0045),塑料袋包装样品PAEs含量高于布袋(Z=-2.1750,P=0.0296),不同包装大小PAEs含量的差异无统计学意义(Z=-1.5290,P=0.1371)。结论郑州市粮食市场总体PAEs含量较低,处于安全范围。包装材料可能是粮食中PAEs的重要来源,但不是唯一来源,可能还有其他因素引入。
Objective To understand the pollution of phthalate esters (PAEs) in grain in Zhengzhou market. Methods A sample was collected in a certain market. The content of PAEs in the samples was determined by GC-MS. The non-parametric Wilcoxon rank sum test was used to analyze the test results. Results Among the 18 PAEs, DEHP and DIBP were detected with high detection rates of 96.7% and 23.3%, respectively. No other PAEs were detected. The PAEs content in rice was higher than flour (Z = 2.8435, P = 0.0045). The content of PAEs in plastic bags was higher than that in bags (Z = -2.1750, P = 0.0296) PAEs content was no significant difference (Z = -1.5290, P = 0.1371). Conclusion The overall grain food market in Zhengzhou City is low in total PAEs, which is in a safe range. Packaging materials may be an important source of PAEs in food, but not the only source, there may be other factors introduced.
